Reecently people have had visions for the future of Northwood plaza located off of Hillen rd in East Baltimore MD. Morgan state university is located right across the street and they wanted to explore the option of turning it in to more dorms called northwood commons. But the community was not to happy about that decision. So the community wants to recreate the plaza and make it better. Many students also feel the same because they buy their food and supplies from the local Save a Lot grocery store. This is a big part of the east baltimore community and they want it made better and to keep it.
