This is discrimination, not everyone has smart phones, the disabled community. You’ve seen 1st these epassports don’t work. Ireland is worse off than was & using them & making no impact. This is down to people taking responsibility and you’ve opened everything up & removed all social distancing measures so what do you expect. You need more complete staff support bring the full army in to help the nhs completely across the board in all jobs.
