Upgrade the Northcote Point Ferry Terminal!

Please repair the wharf.

This wharf needs to be remediated. It's terrible that council would even suggest closure of the wharf.

Absolutely essential

Northcote Point Ferry is an important public transport link which helps Auckland reduce its heavy reliance on cars. The heavy congestion on Queen Street since the closure is testament to this. For people living near the ferry terminal a 15-20min walk to the nearest bus is only going to encourage car usage. It’s also an important part of the history and culture of this local community.

Thought AT was building a transport infrastructure to get card off the roads so obviously rebuild an all weather facility.

Closing it will be a very backward step when the bigger picture is getting us out of cars

So much work has been done in the area, don’t be half assed about it, it will be a vital link for sky path

Our legacy is our own pride.. don't let anyone take it away from us.

Save the ferry service

Disestablishing the Northcote Point ferry terminal whilst also restricting car transportation within the Kaipatiki area is absolutely ludicrous. We need every public transportation option available, along with smarter options for car traffic. Keep the terminal open!!!!

We need more ferries and ferry terminals not less, if you want to ease congestion. Lake Road, Onewa rd, and pretty much any bridge feeder road is an absolute nightmare at peak hour.

This is a key transport link for the area that assists in removing vehicles from the roads and should be continued.

So important to keep cars off the road, we need to support this kind of initiative.
