This shura has scrutinized a lot to the Masjid/Islamic school/Community they don't deserve to be in the Board. President, VP, Treasurer needs to be blamed for the lawsuit as they have cheated the community in the election to get the power.

The Shura President Hassan Hye and Shura Vice President are also neighbors of the previous Shura neighbors. If they had indeed been good neighbors and community members then they would have reached out to them directly. But rather they both resorted to sending legal notices to previous Shura members first and then filed a lawsuit of 32 Million dollars with Jail time and maximum interest in August. This Shura has been the first Shura in the history of ICI to accuse its Previous Shura and file a lawsuit. I sincerely ask NTIC leadership to look into these matters listed out by the comcerned community members.

Masjid is a place for unity and under the name of masjid authority no one can use this place for power game , and dictatorship!!! As a community members ,we are tired of following up with current Shura about lawsuit .True Muslim and human being can not harm each other . Current Shura should step down . Hope our situation will give insight to all the other mosque so they can
. protect them when authorities become monster we should implementing new rules so no one abuse our religious place

Please help us dissolve the current shura in Islamic Center of Irving, they are not fit to serve Allah’s house and the community. They have their own agenda and interest. Using the Masjid platform for their personal gains. There people are openly violating Quran and Sunnah. We need to replace these people and restore ICI constitution. Jazak Allahu Khairan.

If anyone has any ulterior motive to be in the Shura other than solely serving the house of Allah, be it political, or construction, or security, or Waqf, or any kind of money making or egoistic boasting reason, then they should step down immediately.
Per my understanding, most of the required rules and regulations were put in place in v2.0 of the ICI constitution, however it was not allowed to be brought in effect by certain people as it would hurt their personal agendas.
Think, think again why are you doing whatever you are doing? Is it to please Allah or is it for your personal ego.
This life is short, we don't know when we would depart from this world.
Wise is the one who prepares for his death and the life after during his time here on this planet while he's alive.
Even after seeing all of this, if someone keeps silent or 'Neutral' against the frivolous lawsuit and the accusations then they need some sort of treatment.
And people in the Shura who have been keeping shamelessly silent to maintain their position in the Shura... this place in Shura currently is giving them the worst possible reputation... Stay with it, we don't expect you to take any action.
