Appaling that our elected officials have allowed this curruculm to move forward in the schools. The attack on students, burdensome homework on busy work, math solutions that are time consuming and more than confusing, dumbing down curriclum, no assistance nor curriculum for special education students and brain drain of the kids. We will see that kids are taugtht only to the test, yet they are learning nothing at all. NO history of the United States, no balance, only attack of sound principles and moral values. Kids are also taught about sex and gender far too young. The National Sexuality Standards are another attack on the children. WE need new leaders in Raleigh given that th current elected officials have left the citizens to fail in the "new economy".

I ask our NC legislators to stop, or at least delay more implementation of Common Core, allowing more input and evaluation from our teaching professionals.
