This is a petition asking for signatures from the people of North Carolina. Signatures are needed to pass legislation in North Carolina that requires retail establishments to provide public restrooms for customers, if that person suffers from, IBS, IBD, Ostomy and other medical conditions requiring immediate access to toilet facilities.
