Sadness fills my heart at the need to sign this petition. To see the denomination I was taught to love and support take a stand of HATE and judgement against members of our human race is beyond troubling. Thank you to North Broadway and Short North congregations and leadership for showing a greater love, acceptance.

My wife and I attended NBC when we lived in Columbus and found NBC to be a wonderful, welcoming congregation. Kudos to NBC for continuing in their progressive ministries and justice focus.

If Methodism wants to leave the Jesus House by insisting on “traditionalist proposal,” let it go!
