I would love to see a dog park with responsible owners sharing the space together with their well-behaved dogs.

Would be open to a model like the successful Waterman Street dog park in Providence. There was a spot of relatively unused but city-owned land, a group of folks from the community organized to arrange with the city to use it for a dog park, exchanging their volunteer service and upkeep for the city's providing fencing and permission.
