Please consider if this was your neighborhood and how you would feel if this were to happen to you. Put families, their safety and their property values first.....not the dollar signs. There are plenty of other places around the valley to choose from without negative consequences for others.

Please do NOT re-zone this area. I have been looking forward to buying my first home in this zip code for three years now and a storage facility would completely deter that decision. This is a family neighborhood!
