Our community does not need another storage facility in our area.
Please reconsider letting this developer build another storage facility in our area. We are a part of the beautiful Sonoran Desert. Let’s preserve what little beauty we have and protect this area for our future generations.

They're building a storage unit off happy valley and there's other storage units around in the area already. This site is not a good idea to use for another storage unit facility.

This is not a desirable use for this site, and is not compatible with the zoning. Storage facilities should be limited to areas zoned for light industrial usage. Rezoning this parcel to A-1 Light Industrial is not reasonable or appropriate, due to the proximity of residential homes adjacent to the site.

There is storage facility being built right now next to Lowe's. There is an existing storage on I-17 near Pinnacle Peak.
