80 years of world wide artistic career: Swing, Jazz, Stand-Up Comedian, Television, Movies, Choreographer, Writer, Singer, the last survivor of the "Swing Craze".
Count Basie named her twice in his autobiography, along with her "Jazz Men" dance team in the 50's and the 60's. Trumpeter Buck Clayton wrote about her in his autobiography too as the main leader in the Savoy Ballroom, back in the 30's.

Norma Miller is a 98 year old Harlem, New York born, living legend in the creation and world-wide propagation of the African-American originated dance form known and Swing Dance/Lindy Hop. She travels nationally and internationally has a performer and instructor, and lecturer. Anyone who has watched her interviews or dance clips via You Tube, or has been blessed to see her interviewed as I, will undoubtedly agree that the Queen of Swing Dance is most worthy of a being Kennedy Center Honoree in 2019! It is long overdue.
