I DO NOT support this initiative. The rezone is not for residents it is merely a ploy to allow more dollars to flow to developer without any benefit to residents in these communities.

The master plan originally called for a playground for our families. As a part of the City of Savannah, we are entitled to land for a community garden.

Just because they are supposed to build the road when the Highlands reaches 2500 homes doesn't mean they will. Landmark 24 isn't very good at keeping their word.

It's wrong on many levels. Lower home values, safety, extra truck traffic, etc. It's not the pretense under which the homes were sold.
