To Whom it May Concern,
I believe that the Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) promotes messages of hate and intolerance that have no place in American discourse. Their highly offensive and vulgar messages attack homosexuals, soldiers, specific individuals, and even thank God for the attacks on America on September 11th. These messages are contemptible regardless of one’s opinions regarding gay marriage, the president, the wars in Iraq or Afghanistan, any particular religion, or even religion itself.
I am concerned that by providing their services to the WBC, American companies are not only enabling, but even profiting from the WBC’s hate speech activities. The WBC’s activities can and should be stopped, and that this can be done by denying them the services that their organization needs to operate around the country. Without the implied support of airlines, hotels, and rental companies, the WBC will be unable to continue to demonstrate around the nation. I ask that your company refuse to serve the Westboro Baptist Church, which will prevent them from spreading their vulgar and offensive messages.
For this reason, I ask that your company please exercise your legal and completely justifiable right to refuse service to the Westboro Baptist Church and any of its members, sending the message that you will not profit from hate.

I spent the last few hours reading through the messages you all left and honestly it is overwhelming how much vitriol people have had to endure from them. It is getting so exhausting trying to track which companies are still looking the other way but I am not stopping until someone actually acknowledges what we are saying here.

I really thought this might just disappear into the void but seeing it pick up this much actual momentum is just wild. It is honestly heartening to know so many of you are just as tired of seeing their hateful rhetoric gain a platform as I am.

so tired of seeing these guys on the news. its time they get cut off from all services. shut them down.
been waiting for someone to do something about this. their actions are beyond sick and no hotel should host them.
freedom of speech is one thing but this is just pure harassment. stop the funding.
finally!! how is this group still allowed to travel around harassing grieving families at funerals? absolute trash.
THEY ARE A HATE GROUP. stop helping them transport their message of bigotry across state lines.

Enough is enough. These people are vile and deserve zero platform. Corporate america needs to wake up and stop taking their money.
