We the undersigned are requesting that Middletown Township Council DO NOT PASS the PRD Ordinance being presented by the Franklin Mint Developers, as it is too dense in nature, does not adhere to the spirit of the Middletown 2020 Comprehensive Plan, does not protect the health, safety, and welfare of the residents, and overall presents future liability to our township.

One hundred people have spoken up to tell the Council that Franklin Mint developers do not get to call the shots here. This is a clear warning that Middletown is watching their every move.

Enough with the overdevelopment already. We moved here for a reason and it wasnt to live in a city.
The infrastructure literally cannot handle this amount of density. Who approved this mess anyway?
KEEP MIDDLETOWN THE WAY IT IS. DONT LET THESE DEVELOPERS RUIN OUR TOWN JUST TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK.
traffic is already a nightmare on the main road. adding all these units is just gonna make it impossible to get anywhere.
This goes against everything we were told about local planning. Listen to the residents for once.

Not in my neighborhood. Do your jobs and protect the people who live here not the developers.
