No political parties have right to announces freebees from government treasury. If they want to give any freebees let them do it from their own funds or from their party funds and not at the cost state's develepment fund. We have no proper roads, good drinking water, quality education for all, quality medical treatments for all from govt. hospitals, sufficient electricity and so on for which state government do not have funds. There is no infrastructure development for more industries and productivities by which un-employment and poverty can be reduced. In the name of freebees government treasury spends huge crores of rupees. But the beneficiaries are not the poor public, but political party-men and intermediates who make millions. By providing freebees the government can't make even a single poor to settle in their life for which huge crores of rupees are spent by the govt. Announcing the freebees from the govt funds is just to catch the power once again. This also a type of cheating the innocent poors. Hence the only alternate is election commission or the courts should stop these nuisance. Any party elected for ruling another five year terms should do only developmental and good governance govt. only. Public funds should not be utilised for the purpose of their self development. Hence following immediate steps should be dictated to the parties and prospective ruling party.

 1.  No freebees by which voters can be influenced.

2.  No publicity for normal works of a government such as functions for inauguration of schemes, appointment orders for few persons, Paasa thalaivanukku paarattu vila etc., by spending public funds. No governments except tamilnadu arranges for functions on daily basis for even signing a mustor roll.

3. Not to use the powers for influencing by any means at the cost of public funds. (like, wage revision, new schemes for benefit etc., are announced just for the sake of getting their support for ensuing election.

 Governement should work like a government funds should be spent for the purpose of meaning ful schemes, innovative, productivity purpose, more employment, industries etc., and not for buying tv, mixi, sandal etc. any scheme introduced for the same of their wish and not able to continue for the reason failure then the concern persons should be held responsible and should be funished for the foolish decision like govt cable operators scheme promoted by spending huge crores of public fund just to threaten maran brothers and then due to their compromise the scheme is slow poisioned.
