Mark Einstein received the third highest vote count for Rock Hall Town Council on May 2, 2015.
According to the current Town of Rock Hall code : "In case of a vacancy on the Council for any reason, the Council shall, within 45 days of the occurrence of the vacancy, elect some qualified person to fill such vacancy until the next regular town election. At the next regular election the persons receiving the two highest votes shall fill the regular four-year terms. Any vacancy in an unexpired term shall be filled by person(s) receiving the next highest vote(s)."
I am not a registered voter of the Town of Rock Hall, but I feel my voice is important and valuable in this matter and I am petitioning to see that Mark Einstein is seated and appointed the current vacant seat on council.

I support Mark Einstein as candidate to fill vacant Council seat. I pay town taxes and water/sewer in the Town of Rock Hall but do not reside within the town limits.
Mark has proven his love and commitment to making Rock Hall the place we all want to be.
I agree Mark is a no-brainer as third highest vote total and since it is so clearly the right thing to do given the recent "drama" in RH politics.

A man of the bay, a teacher of students who excel and an active resident who has the knowledge and ability to work for the best interest of the town and its diverse communities. It's an easy decision.
I am a new resident of Rock Hall, and I fully support awarding Mark the seat on council.

i am a registered voter in Rock Hall and I did vote for Mark Einstein and I'd vote for him again. I thought since Mark came in third he'd automatically fill the second empty council seat. If it isn't automatic then Council should start their promised "improved" term off right and elect Mark Einstein. We the people have spoken with our votes!
