'Transit oriented entertainment' encourages people to come early, stay later, and not have to worry about parking, traffic or having a 2nd glass of wine.

This would be a rich and unique cultural addition to Tarrytown.
Jazz Forum Arts' history of producing free concerts in the village were terrific! and I look forward to year-round access to such talented performers. This is a golden opportunity for Tarrytown and the neighboring communities.
I believe this would be responsibly operated with only a positive impact on the immediate neighborhood, the village, and by extension, the Rivertowns, as a wonderful tourist attraction.
Please approve this venue and these seemingly minor variances.
