Me and my friend's are sick and tired of dog and cats getting put in the Animal Shelter and them killing them within 10 day's of them arriving and we wanna make it to where all Animal Shelter's is non kill shelter and where no Animals life should be ended unless needed.Please help us in this petition so they every dog and cat owner can get there animals out or put them without them worrying that they will be put down.
