Whereas Non-Attorney Bankruptcy Petition Preparers have fair and equal rights to preparer Bankruptcy documents within accordance of the Law section U.S. 110-11 and that a clear and defined explanation is included in said section. That Non-Attorney Bankruptcy Petition Preparers are protected to charge a fair and customary fee set by the market and not by the court.
