H.O.A of Fairfield of Plano Subdivision in TX have just filed a lawsuit against us in March of 2007 for painting our fence green six years ago when we first bought the home and abused many other homeowners by illicitly fining, suing and threatening them by foreclosures. They have violated the 1st and 14th Amendments and turned our subdivions into like a communist country. They\'re also generating hatred and discrimination within the subdivision, people reporting on each others for unreasonable violations instead of helping like they\'re supposed to as HOA. We have people do outrageous things in our neighborhood, like putting trash or a box full of nails spread out on the driveway. H.O.A must be reformed or removed before things get more violent and worse. WE DID NOT SIGN TO HAVE OUR RIGHTS AND LIVES DEPRIVED. Thank you for effectively signing this and passing it on.
