Dear Mayor Clint Hames, Premier Gordon Campbell, and Prime Minister Stephen Harper:
This is my request. I would love to see plastic bags illegal. They clog up marines, oceans and lakes. They are all over the street. Billions of these go to landfills each year.
The solution Well, simple enough:
1) Use paper bags instead, that can be recycled.
2) Use fabric bags, like book bags, etc. These can, of course, be bought a stores now, but I would like to see them mandatory.
I would like to see this definetly in the lower Mainland, British Columbia, Canada, and the world.
Together, we can end global warming, but it will take some effort. Pull together, Canada(and everywhere else)!

Hate all use of plastic. If we ever want to make a difference this needs to stop!
