We, the undersigned resident property owners, residents and  business owners, OPPOSE the current redevelopment plan by Apted Brothers LLC for 6300 Clayton Avenue in the Clayton Tamm neighborhood of the 24th Ward within the City of St. Louis. The current plan will create significant hardship for the surrounding property owners and business owners. We oppose the development for the following reasons: 1. The existing plan for a 5 story building far exceeds any current building in the Clayton Tamm neighborhood. The structure will be completely out of step with any existing building, will severely detract from the current aesthetics of the surrounding area, and will impede on the privacy and security of the surrounding neighborhood.
