We are signing this petition in order to get some changes made around here, namely the "ANONYMOUS DOWN RAVE" By my electronic signature to this petition, I am requesting that we either make down raves known, just as up raves are known OR removal of the rave system all together. It is our belief, that only good can come from this. We believe, that by the anonymity removal, there will be a lot less people mis-using the original intent of the down rave, as we are aware that people are GROSSLY mis using it, as a means to somehow retaliate against someone they don't like.
