Mrs. Barber is a radiant light in a world that needs more women like her. Her presence, although quiet, has left a great impact. Mrs. Barber, in general has impacted many lives in a positive way and has set the standard for respect and dignity which I and many others have grown to admire.

Mrs. Barber is a phenomenal person; I can't think of anyone who exemplifies such kindness and love to people. My hope is that she is honored not just for the care of children, but because of her love and care extended to family and community!
