On Thursday February 11, 2010 at 4:00pm, Tamura's Fine Wine & Liquors located at 98-302 Kamehameha Highway, Aiea, HI (Next to Boston's Pizza/KFC/49rs on Kam Highway) will be requesting a Liquor License be granted to them to sell liquor from their new store. This store was formerly Nevada Bob's and more recently a collage/stamp/scrapbook store. We live next door to this business and are very much against a liquor license being granted in this area. The crime rate has already gone up in our quiet little neighborhood and selling liquor and cigarettes will only increase the chances and instances of crime in our neighborhood. Please fill out this petition so that we can stop the Liquor Commission from granting Tamura's a Liquor License. We would love to have a store nearby, but are not interested in having them sell beer/wine/hard liquor.
