Respect for neighbors is key for peaceful living. 9:00 pm - 7:00 am Sunday through Thursday; and 10:00pm - 7:00 am Friday and Saturday would be considerate as a great number living in Montgomery County must commute to Harris County for work. When one must rise anywhere between 3:00 am - 5:00 am, these would be fair times for a Noise Ordinance. We should also consider the allowable decibel limits for these 'quiet times'. 55 dBA is customary around the country, which is equivalent to having a face-to-face conversation within 3-5 feet.

I feel there should be a common respect for your neighbor and if not there are times when someone else needs to step in. I feel 10:00 on weekdays and 11:00 on weekends are good times to stop the loud noises in a neighborhood.

In total support for a noise ordinance. Residents need the support of their local authorities!!

The people behind me appear to have set up a shooting range. I live in a subdivision and they are not.

There should be a limit to the parties. In Humble it is 11pm. Here I am outside of Conroe listening to booming bass and drunk singing - in Spanish, over a PA system, in my house, 1/4 mile down the road, at midnight, on a MONDAY.
