I am humbly requesting the they is a lot of noise pollution in Kabwata. Our old and sick not forgetting the babies (newborns) are unable to sleep the whole night ... Plz Stop and move away from residential areas...

Problem is enforcement, regulations for this are already in place...but if the enforcement is poor, do not expect the businesses to self regulate...remember they are only after money...it is the fault of the regulators and city planners...the clubs shouldn't even be in the residential areas to start with. Re-define your petition to have better effect...as it is...it adds little value in the long run even if you manage to have this signed.

Yes the noise in from all the bars and discos should be regulated. There are governmental and world health regulations about the noise which must be implemented. The continuous noise above certain decibel effect the children's level of understanding etc. Insha Allah give me a few weeks and keep me informed by email and will give you a report.

Close all bars,pubs and clubs. The beer boxes block drainage systems and litter is all over the city.

Truly a nightmare even during week days. One bar owner claims to be part of the ruling party and threatened to bring P. F cadres if anybody takes his business to court or the City council for paying fines.
