The purpose of this petition is to bring the noise issue to the boards attention. On numerous occasions there are extended amounts of time that the noise of a barking dog that can be heard through out the building. The noise is rather bother some. Also, while not making any noise while going through day to day activities is impossible it seems as though the tenant of Unit D12 makes a rather large amount of noise. Disregarding the quite hours on numerous occasions. Large amount of noise made while moving around the unit can be heard through the afternoon and evening and is especially noticeable in morning hours prior to the end of the quite hours.
