I am against the Tanglewood Business Park as the traffic is already too congested on Middlebrook Dr since it's only 2 lanes. The trucks will go this way to L-C Rd and then to I-40. There is no wy they will take the much longer route from the Idols Rd extension to Stratford Rd to I-40. Need a plan to widen Middlebrook Dr first or better yet would prefer not to have the property developed at all and try to sell it to a developer for new homes.

Industrial is the wrong development choice for this location. Tanglewood park is such an asset for the County and Clemmons West is part of the history of this Village. The County can attract so many more interested projects to the table when the beauty of the neighboring assets are considered and valued.

Hi. I am reaching out in support of the Clemmons west neighborhood group who desire to minimize the negative impact on the neighborhood, of developing an industrial park on Idols Road. Thank you for consideration to ensure a minimum impact on our quiet, safe, and peaceful surroundings.

I addressed the County Commissioners at the meeting when this was approved. I expressed concern not only regarding traffic, but also regarding the stormwater runoff that will be generated by developing this 170 acres and the subsequent development i the surrounding area. This site sits on a hill adjacent to the Yadkin River. As it is, when we get heavy rain, Dock Davis Rd below the site floods. If this corner of Forsyth Co is developed - and the stated reason for building the pump station is to develop the surrounding 500 acres - stormwater runoff will cause disasterous downstream flooding, especially for our neighbors in Salem Glen. Please rethink plans for this area to preserve the quality of life in our corner of Forsyth Co.

I do not want this industrial park in our neighborhood

This industrial park will not only lower the property values in Clemmons West, but it will also bring increased amounts of unwanted traffic into our now quiet neighborhood, making it unsafe for residents to walk or bike on the streets.

This "business" park will have a huge impact on already busy roads. The anticipated truck traffic alone will make this road dangerous. The impact on surrounding neighborhood s will be significant, and decrease property values. When we purchased our home, the understanding was that this tract of land would be an extension of Tanglewood Park. There are plenty of vacant buildings off Stratford Road industrial area that could be used for this purpose rather than building close to our neighborhood. Thank you for listening to our concerns.

Too much traffic! This is not in the right area!

I love being able to hear the baseball games from my patio. I really hate that to be drowned out by truck traffic!!!

This is a mostly residential area. The proposed industrial park will cause more traffic and safety issues for those who live and play in the area. Please do not allow it to pass.

Please do all you can to stop the construction of the industrial park We are a small quiet community and want it to stay that way. Thank you.

I'm against the industrial park because of the additional traffic and large trucking traffic that will be created

There are many who exercise on these roads (e.g. Middlebrook and Idols). The increased traffic will create a safety issue. It would be highly unsafe to increase the number of vehicles and the size of these vehicles on these roads, when so many in our community run and ride on them.
