In 2007, the Illinois legislators gave themselves pay raises and received overtime payments in a year they demonstrated massively poor performance. It is time some accountability was put in place for poor performance.

Ridiculous that they get bonuses for failing us. If I messed up this bad at my job I would be fired not given a raise.
