I've read about too many people having items destroyed, stolen or simply lost by Home Delivery Network Ltd. Amazon have received numerous complaints but have so far refused to stop using this company of their deliveries. Until they do we will be doing our Internet shopping elsewhere.

Purposefully decide to not deliver and then hide behind shoddy excuses that change each time you contact them. It seems their company policy is to lie, lie and lie again. Not fit for purpose, this company should be shut down. Owners and directors should be jailed. They are breaching their contract to deliver.

Sick of finding my parcels in the bin or just thrown over the gate. HDNL are absolute rubbish and Amazon keep using them anyway. Fed up.

Honestly don't know how they are still in business. Avoid at all costs.

My stuff has gone missing twice this month. Customer service just gives me the same copy paste reply. Useless.

NEVER AGAIN. Driver claimed he tried to deliver but I was in all day. Total liar. Package ended up smashed up at the depot anyway.

Yodel have sat with my poppy since the beginning of January, it is now the middle of February. They said they were unable to find our address (even though other delivery companies have managed frequently to deliver to us). They never tried to contact me by phone or letter, or contact the tower to say they where having difficulties finding me.I found out when I tracked it on the Poppy website. I phoned immediately and was told they would investigate, I voiced my concerns that it may have been stolen, but was then told " that could not happen as it had been scanned and would be found." Today I received a phone call today, by Yodel, an abrupt unfeeling youth told the poppy was lost. He was sorry and I had to inform the tower. My daughter went online and saw this review, I'm devastated. I brought the poppy as a mark of respect for an uncle who was a nurse on the front line. What type of person does this?
