California tax payers private sector tax payers against Government Pensions
On behalf of all private sector California tax payers, who are victimized by the following civil rights violation: We claim that the following is unconstitutional in that it violates the equal treatment rights of private sector taxpayers-- All laws/statutes/codes that allow or enable any government agency to use taxpayer revenue to fund public employee pensions are unconstitutional. Taxpayer revenues must be used to provide and support a service for the taxpayers, for the greater good; because, under the current laws, the result would be to lower the quality of living for the children of tax paying families so that government employees will be more comfortable in their retirement, and this is undeniably unequal treatment of private sector taxpayers, besides presenting an unholy alliance between public employee unions and their representatives. There has already existed a system for retirement pensions that the public employees can use --its called social security. After doing away with the above unconstitutional laws, just make social security available to public employees, and start treating public and private tax payers more equally.
