I'm a full-time working person since NSBM informed that we can do so in the third year. Please be kind enough to arrange part time lectures for us as informed before. Thank you :D

I prefer weekend lectures at Green University or evening lectures 5.30 -8.30 at Nugegoda.
I have signed my appointment letter on 24 th of June 2016 with Brandix and at that time NSBM did not mention anything regarding full time lectures. Beyond my employer bound me to the agreement based on the letter which NSBM provided convincing that as 3rd year students we can start internships. Further NSBM emphasized that we can start part time in our 3rd year throughout the last two years and specially on the last day of second year exams Mrs Irosha personally promised that they allow us to engage in internships. Moreover, my parents recommended NSBM as they insisted on the fact that they allow their students to get into the cooperate sector in their 3rd year.
Accordingly, I find this situation as NSBM act in an utter irresponsible manner and this will adversely impact our future. Further what I request from NSBM is to keep the promise they made without torturing us of been selecting them despite other private universities and been recommending them for most of our friends.

This is so unfair for the students of NSBM since they have started working there're unable to attend classes. If you'll (NSBM) told that you'll are having part time classes learn stick to your word..

i would prefer weekend lectures.
its so funny how NSBM changes their decisions when ever they want. They should understand that they are playing with these young lives.
at one movement they tell us that the third year would be a part time and they asked us to find internships. and if Ms. Kasuni or Ms. Irosha is reading this please check the NSBM mails which you sent to students regarding the internships.
I personally selected this program because what they offered and now they changes it.
I'll never recommend NSBM to any of my friends because i personally know how many students selected this program because of this 3rd year weekend lectures offer.

Dear sir,Madem
I would prefer weekend lectures.Eventhough im not working at the moment im expecting a job.Since job market is highly competitive according to my knowledge doing a degree won't help us to get a good job.I kindly request to reconsider the decision on betterment of all students
Thank you

As we have agreed when we started our degree, 3rd year should be a part time basis because we have started working in order to gain the experience. I suggest to management of Nsbm to put lectures in weekends as part time basis, since lot of working students cannot attend to the full time lecture schedules. It is really necessary us to attend the lectures since this is the 3rd year & it's Nsbm's responsibility to adhere to the promises they have kept when we registered into this degree program. If they knew earlier such circumstances is gonna happen they should have told us before giving the internship letters to the students after 2nd year exams. Management should know to take long tern decisions instead of thinking short term. We have already sighned our contract with companies which we work for & if we have to resign from the job, we have to pay for larger amount of penalties for that.
Be professional. Do not play with students' future.

I don't want to have full time lectures. As in the beginning NSBM promised us that they release us in 3rd year to do our job and they will have part time lectures. As a institute who has credibility of their promise, now they can't change it.

Being a final year student of NSBM Batch 03, I am currently employed in one of the most reputed blue chip Multi National Company in Sri Lanka. I have already signed the contract and started working based on the promise of final year being part time at the time of enrollment and also at the end of the second year in which they provided an official letter addressing to the company stating to provide us with full time employment. Based on this false promise by NSBM most of my fellow colleagues including myself started working signing contracts. Breach of this contract would result in us getting blacklisted and will never be able to work for a good company. The fools in the management should have identified this concern before coming in to decision based solely on their profit maximization. Please deliver what u have already promised. Let these students have a better future without screwing it for all of us for your own benefit. This is the very first foundation that all these students are trying hard to build for the rest of their career.
