Our neighbor state, PA, it is legal to run 1 rear tag, but not MD?!! This is frustrating because I have already ruined my bumper with self tapping holes for the front tags.

I had to ruin the front bumper of my car to get a bracket, and just cause it's not the most expensive car in the world it's mine and I don't like 4 holes in the bumper.
