Your should check into the action being taken against one of her thugs that received a $10,000. grant from the city and then did nothing with it and has not repaid a penny..but she is working for Ginny and assaulting anyone that questions Foat's dubious actions. Also she is accepting several thousand dollars from one Harold Matzner, for her mayoral run, Palm Springs International Film Festival while he is trying to buy the Plaza Theater from the city. Does this pass the smell test. Of course her past actions and association with the criminal element should not be a surprise to anyone with half a brain. Just Google Ginny Foat tire iron and see what you find.
She should never have been elected to the council and she certainly is not fit to serve as the mayor of palm Springs.

It's hilarious to see Ginny Foat on the defensive once again. While the FBI is sniffing around, hopefully they can do a more thorough check of all her dealings and relationships in the City of Palm Springs. Like her past association with the defunct (actually, never truly "funct") company Environmental Service Professionals -- which slunk off into the night around 2011-12, leaving employees and investors out tens of thousands. (THE DESERT SUN reported extensively on this in 2011.) Is Foat perhaps hiding ESP's blinkered and beleagured CEO, Ed Torres, in one of her closets?
It's a mystery why the Palms Springs gay community works so hard to keep Foat and other character-free folks in power. There's something horribly self-destructive about that.

I would think with the recent investigation by the FBI into PS records that is possible all of the council will be implicated in the possible fraud that has been going on . There is an old motto,"Follow the money." That this, from the legit to questionable.

It is time to stop the corruption in city hall. Be sure to vote for NEW Palm Springs officials in the November election! Vote for people that will support the residents of Palm Springs and not the interests of large developers. Ginny must go.
