Say NO to Fishing Charges on Minehead & Watchet Harbour

How can you charge for fishing the harbour. I will go somewhere else for my holidays if you do. It is easy access for the disabled. It is just another way of getting money from the public. Don't forget this will also include children crabbing because this is also fishing. Shame on the council.

This is a public amenity used by young and old -- holiday makers and locals

Don't fish either but do Not agree just greed from the council, not really sure how they will police it without it costing them more than they would make

I have fished here when on holiday for the last 2 years if this charge takes affect we'll find somewhere else to go on our family & friends fishing holidays.

Agreed, if there was a toilet (like there used to be) better lighting and a safety rail then maybe just maybe they could justify charging... To just ask for money without actually doing anything for it is as good as begging on the street.
