My own sister went through this nightmare and the police said their hands were tied. It is beyond time for this to change so kids are actually protected when a parent is dangerous.

How is a restraining order not enough to stop someone from taking a kid? This law is broken and these children are the ones losing out. FIX THIS NOW.
