The Birmingham Board of Appeals ruled June 20th, 2010  in favor of Birmingham Design Review's decision to deny Chick Fil-A's appeal to locate a drive-through restaurant in historic Five Points South.  Please help us uphold this decision and discourage a lengthy court battle, by indicating your support of this decision and signing our petition below.

By signing below, you agree that the Housing Board of Appeals decision is whole-heartedly supported by the community and the merchants.  (Note that your name will not appear online if you uncheck the box below, but your support will be counted.)  By signing, you wish to discourage Chick Fil-A from pursuing a drive-through or a single-use building in the Five Points South location at the corner of Highland Avenue and 20th Street South.
