I recognize the value of all human life; I understand that each life is priceless and that each of us has a special and unique purpose to fulfill; I refute the doctrine of violence against any person and especially against the defenseless including women and children.
I PLEDGE to honor and respect others and to not insjury or harm anyone as to do so weakens the society in which I live.
I PLEDGE to make my community a safer place for everyone regardless of color, religion or gender.
I PLEDGE I will not raise my hand in violence towards anyone other than in the defense of myself or others.

One in three of our young ladies will be the victim of some sort of violence before they graduate High School. I have five granddaughters. This is not okay with me.

Enough is enough. My neighborhood used to be safe but now I dont even want my kids playing outside after dark. Things have to change.
