How do I find more information on overturning this ludicrous law? Also, how do I find out more information on the military taking over the BLM land in Wonder Valley?

Me and my family have recreated in the desert for years, we buy green stickers for all out dirt bikes etc, we spend money at local establishments. Not everyone thinks like Phil Klasky. we feel like we are getting bullied by this person.

Keep our riding spaces open!

I have been going out and enjoying this area for at least 39 years. I now take my family to ride on our private land there to only have the sheriff's show up twice a day because of this COW group. We are breaking no laws and they are wasting our tax dollars by making false claims and calling the sheriff's out. What they are doing should be illegal.

Our families have been enjoying our desert properties since the mid Fifties with No problems until Mr. Klasky bought his property nearby ours. He was cordial with us until I disagreed with his ideas and didn't agree to join His " Gammel Township ". We have since purchased an additional property a good distance away to avoid confrontations with him, yet problems still initiated by Phil Klasky and his organization COW arise. Possibly well intentioned initially, his group is now attempting to rule the desert. We are property owners and tax payers of San Bernardino county and we spend a great deal of money locally when our families come out to enjoy the desert. We are being slandered verbally by individuals of Klasky's organization. A select number of individuals and property owners are being targeted by code enforcement as a direct result of false complaints by Mr. Klasky and COW.

Keep our deserts open to OHV, we pay our taxes and care for our land.

These deserts and any other riding areas here in california are our right of passage. Grandfathered in by the men who built this country. Given to us, by us, so that a hard working man that can afford something else to put gas in other than his work mule can have a little spot of dust to ride it on. And it will never be taken from us. Outlaw guns and only outlaws will have guns.

We have a right to share use of public land. I believe the tactics this organization encourages it's members to use are illegal - they advocate embellishing perceived incidents to law enforcement agencies. Is there not a law against filing false reports to law enforcement agencies? This encroachment upon our liberties by this individual and his followers must stop.

Kids need to be able to ride and what a great quality time for family together. I wanted to move to Wonder Valley and have been checking it out, but one of the reasons I want to live there is so my kids can ride again and live with more space and freedom. Then I read about Klasky and thought ..yep, it is everywhere, people trying to control others and make them not self sufficient anymore. What a bunch of bull pucky that is.
