Should a mother have visits after no contact for 6 years but has paid child support
I am a father of a seven year old little girl.I raised her by myself since she was 7 months old.The mother has never contacted me or her daughter in over 6 years. Now after all this time on feb.14th 2011 I get a certified letter saying to me she wants a phone number and visits with the child. We recently went to court and she is allowed to call my daughter and have supervised visits once a month. Then we have to go back to court in december to she if she gets more visits. The little girl does not want to talk to her or she her and I dont think its right what the mother is putting her through.I have been remarried with my current wife for 2 years and we have a 1 year old son.My daughter is so happy and dont want to see her real mom.If you think the judge should deny her visits please sign. She has a loving mom, dad, and brother at home.
