This is outrageous and an immoral move against the rights of first the children and the parents who care for them and it is an offence and alien against the rights and free will of every man woman and child. This is totally discriminatory and insanity and controlling measures waged to use against all people. This rot has to stop as we the people are not going to sit back and let the politicians of our land act as mad scientists in a totalitarian regime to oppress the people of this great South land we live in.
