We, the undersigned residents of the State of Nevada, oppose the NV Dept of Wildlife's proposal to begin bear hunting in Nevada. We reject the rationale for the proposal, feeling hunting bears does not conserve them. We feel there are better ways to cautiously coexist with our wild friends than to hunt them.
