The powers that be in the Postal Service are wanting to take away the Tupelo MS mail processing at Tupelo Post Office. This means any mail from 388 zip codes TO 388 zip codes will NO longer get there the next day, it will take up to FOUR days to get there! Also these jobs are in MISSISSIPPI! If they consolidate, that will mean more jobs lost in MISSISSIPPI as they are wanting to send our mail to Memphis TENNESSEE!!! The Memphis facility can already NOT process their own mail in a timely manner...(just ask anyone who lives in a 386 zip code such as New Albany, Bruce, Oxford...) Please sign this petition and contact our Mississippi representatives and tell them to SAVE TUPELO POST OFFICE!!!!
