We the residents of Southeastern Baltimore County (councilmanic district 7), primarily of North Point Village, do not want TOOR Corp. to transfer their liquor license from Cut Rate Liquors located at 4212 North Point Boulevard to 4051 North Point Boulevard where the current North Point Mart is located. This transfer would place a liquor store within 548.6 feet of the Southeast Regional Recreation Center where numerous children of all ages play sports. We feel it is in the best interest of the North Point Village community and our youth that you do not permit another establishment that sells acohol, within our boundaries. Leave Cut Rate Liquors at its present location away from both nearby residential communities.
