We the undersigned are opposed to the formation of the equity committee being formed by Mr. D. Whitley esq. on behalf of "SOME" shareholders of SpongeTech Delivery Systems.
We would like to ask Your Honor to continue to lend an ear to the common shareholders of SPNG.
Your Honor has shown incredible honesty and integrity by allowing us a voice in the past. We applaud that courage Your Honor and thank you from our hearts for doing so.
We realize that shareholders are the last in line as far as priorities in bankruptcy proceedings. All we as common retail investors ask is that you keep the best interests of ALL shareholders involved in mind. Not just the interests of a priviledged few.
