This online petition is to collect names from lot owners in our Eldorado subdivision in Santa Fe, New Mexico who are AGAINST allowing Poultry & Livestock in our subdivision. We are AGAINST our Board circumventing in any way, or adding their own 'guidelines' to redefine Article 2, Section 11.Household Pets. in our Amended and Restated Protective Covenants and Building Restrictions for Eldorado At Santa Fe, which clearly states NO POULTRY and NO ANIMALS EXCEPT RECOGNIZED HOUSEHOLD PETS. As stated in these said Covenants, under General Provisions, Article 4, Section 1.Amendment. The only way our ECIA can amend our Covenants, in whole or in part, is by majority consent, or 51% agreeing to the amendment. I hereby sign and agree with this Petition.
