Disrespect yourself disrespect others sounds just like most of counterculture these days! Maybe if we drive around the thug-style neighborhoods with loud bass music playing any other style as loud as they do maybe they will learn something but probably not, ugh. Could you imagine fellas head-bobbin along to loud classical music just thug-ridin around though?

It is disrespect. But I guess when you have no respect for yourself, you have no respect for others. No one should be waking up at 11p-3am with their whole house rattling and their heart jumping out of their chest. Most of us have to actually get a good night's sleep! Some of us have bad health problems. And then some of us have PTSD. Then how do you hear warning sirens? You sure will need hearing aids quickly and when you get to a mature state of mind you will quickly regret your immature ways.

it is not 'just a loud speaker it's a bass loud enough to rattle windows and vibrate or shake the whole house. This is disrespectful. No stereo should rattle, shake, disrupt someone's life. Sleep deprivation from these loud bass boom cars is a real thing. What happened to respect.

Same here, in Los Angeles CA. This was supposed to be a quiet area but these horrible cars are ruining our lives.
I tried to get suggestions from the police because I don't want to call them with no reasons but they said if the noise goes on for hours many days per week they suggest to call and they will send somebody to check.

Same issue here. I can sign in but can’t sign the petition, and I didn’t receive an email either. We live in a historic home in downtown Evansville, IN. These car stereos with bass boom are vibrating our windows and the whole house. This is going on at all hours of the day and night! It causes my ears to throb (a thundering noise inside my head) and on occasion some chest pains and headaches. Something has to be done to put a STOP to this!!!!!

Some of us have real issues with sound. Some sounds can be painful to someone with Misophonia.
It won't let me sign it either. The noise and low frequency attacks against US citizens made by these sound terrorists need to be stopped by any means necessary. If the law won't do it, we need to form a task force to do it ourselves since the legal system has failed us, and is condoning the illegality and harm of US citizens. The police and military should be ashamed of themselves for not enforcing and protecting people from these sound terrorists. If they won't, it's up to us to do it by force because we are not given any other way to correct it with them refusing to do their jobs.

Y'all need to grow up. Its a loud speaker. If you hear it for more than 30 seconds, go say something to them. That's what I normally do, but I actually have real stuff in my life to worry about. You guys probably cuss out the cashier for not taking your expired coupon...

Carl, first off I am respectful of my neighbors, I don't boom in my driveway, even if I did we do not have a noise ordnance in my rural town of 1000 people. My neighbors are not close yet I still call them on occasion to give them a heads up and a time frame if I choose to do some last minute testing before heading to an SPL competition. To simply assume that anyone who enjoys SPL competition or enjoys listening to bass does so in a disrespectful manner is the same as assuming everyone who drinks gets drunk and belligerent or anyone who enjoys owning a firearm discharges it whenever wherever.... just because there are some bassheads that act that way doesn't mean you have the right to remove MY right to own or enjoy this type of equipment, same as my right to a glass of wine or to target shoot with my .357 magnum revolver. Shame on you for lumping all bassheads together based upon the acts of a few!!!!

Nathan Vinz and Steve Young Jr. Why do you two guys like having your bass in your car or home so loud for? Do you ever consider your neighbours? If I'm right you couldn't give a damn. Well I have a pacemaker for my heart. And when I feel and hear loud bass in neighbours homes...my pacemaker has a hard time regulating my heart beat. So why do you two loud bass heads like feeling loud bass in your car and home? And I will repeat. Do you ever consider how your neighbours feel about your loudness? My thought is you're young guys and loves your loudness. Now I have tinnitus in my ears. That is ringing or buzzing in the ear. How old are you two pups?

Same here cannot sign the petition - says incorrect password, but it lets me log-in using that password to see my dash board or create a petition.. Doesn't like any one is responding to this issue?.....
