A woman should be allowed to have her birth partner present and be enabled and empowered to practice skin to skin and feed her baby however she chooses.

I think going through child birth is so terrifying you need your partner there for support and it’s also their time to greet their little one coming into the world.

This is contrary to all human rights legislation. This kind of declaration has already been struck down around the World and can’t be allowed to stand in Ireland or in any responsible society
