Yes! And unlike roads, we can't add any new lanes or traffic lights....but we can add protective regulations.

Having recently purchased almost one of the last lots available on the bluff in Bluffton, and also having property on a lake in Alabama, we are keenly aware of the impact that boater traffic has on the environment and residents. This is a SAFETY matter!

Bluffton's not the same by any means in regards to size and the May River looks like I-95 compared to 10 years ago in regards to boat traffic. Something needs to change.

I agree with a no wake zone. Our family has always respected the waterways and the owners on the May River but with all the growth and development we have many new folks who have no knowledge of the rules of the road as they apply to water.
